1.Who we are

PrintMinor is a trading name of Able Print Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 05143261. Our registered office is Unit 3, Gwel Avon Business Park, Gilston Road, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 6TW. Our VAT number is 432542811. 2.Your order and our contract

When you pay, you make an offer to buy what's in your basket. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order. If we can't take your order on, for example because a product is no longer available or your artwork can't be printed, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

If you buy for a business, the parts of these terms that describe consumer rights don't apply to you, but everything else does, including our reprint promise.

3.Prices and VAT

The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, worked out at that moment. Prices include VAT unless you've chosen to view them without it; you always pay the price including VAT. Some printed items, such as most leaflets and booklets, carry no VAT; for these we ask one question in your basket to check. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price.

4.Artwork and proofs

You're responsible for what your artwork says and shows, and for having the right to use any text, photos, logos or fonts in it. Please check spelling, phone numbers, dates and prices carefully: we print what you send and approve.

When you upload a file we show you a proof of how it will be cut. If you tick to approve it, you're confirming that the proof is right. Every order also gets a free artwork check by a person, who looks for things that would print badly, such as low-resolution photos, missing bleed or text too close to the edge. That check doesn't cover spelling or the content of your design. If we find a problem we'll contact you before printing.

We won't print anything that's unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights, and we'll refund you if we refuse a job for that reason.

5.Changing your mind

Most of what we sell is printed to your own design. The 14-day right to cancel online orders doesn't cover goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)), so it doesn't apply to printed orders.

You can still cancel a printed order for a full refund any time before it goes to print, while it shows “Artwork check” in your account. Call or email us as soon as you can.

Items we don't print for you, such as display stands ordered without a printed graphic, do come with the 14-day right to cancel. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send them back unused within a further 14 days. We'll refund what you paid within 14 days of getting them back; the cost of sending them back is yours.

6.Delivery

We deliver free to UK mainland addresses. The date shown when you order is our printer's estimate for when it will arrive if your artwork is ready in time; it's not guaranteed. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can take a day or two longer. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

We'll email you a tracking number when your order is on its way. Your order is yours, and at your risk, once it's delivered.

7.Our reprint promise

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved because of a fault in our printing, cutting or finishing, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll reprint it free of charge, or refund you if you'd rather.

This doesn't cover mistakes in artwork you approved, such as spelling, or small colour differences between your screen and printed paper, which are normal in printing.

8.Your legal rights

If you're a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights. Citizens Advice can tell you more about them.

9.Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you buy for a business, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we're not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

11.Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts. How we use your details is explained in our privacy policy.
