Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.
The rest are on our questions and answers page.
A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

A selfie frame is a printed board that guests hold up to frame their photos. They're popular at weddings, birthdays, school proms, product launches, charity events and shop openings, and they're a simple way to get your name or hashtag into the pictures people share.
Each frame is A1. Choose 5mm foam PVC for a smooth, light board that's easy to hold, or 3.5mm Correx if it might be used outdoors or get wet.
Use the template for your size and keep words and logos inside the safe area. Design the border so it reads in a photo: a name or hashtag along the bottom edge and bold shapes work better than fine detail.
Remember that people's faces fill the middle, so keep the design to the frame itself.
