A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.

These are printed sheets as they come off the press, not cut down to a finished size. Each one is SRA3, 320 × 450mm, a little bigger than A3. They suit anyone with their own guillotine or cutter, craft and model makers, and anyone fitting several small designs onto one sheet to cut out themselves.
Paper runs from light 90gsm uncoated, like good office paper, through 150 to 170gsm silk for everyday print, up to 350gsm, which feels like a postcard. You can add matt, gloss or soft touch lamination to the front only or both sides.
Use the template for the full sheet. The area that can be printed is slightly smaller than the sheet, 302 × 445mm, so leave a blank border; anything outside that area won't print.
If you're fitting several items on one sheet, add your own crop marks and leave a gap between items so there's room to cut. The sheets aren't trimmed, so there's no bleed to allow for at the sheet edge.
