A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

A flyer is a single flat sheet, printed on one side or both. It's the everyday choice for menus, offers, event notices and door-to-door drops. Sizes run from pocket-sized A7 up to A3, with slim and square versions, and a custom size if none of those fit.
Pick the paper by how you want it to feel. 90 to 130gsm is light and suits big handouts and door drops. 150 to 170gsm silk is a good everyday flyer with a bit of body. 250gsm feels like thin card, and 350 to 450gsm feels like a postcard or a business card. Silk has a soft sheen; uncoated has a natural paper feel and is easy to write on.
On silk of 250gsm or more you can add matt, gloss or soft touch lamination, a thin film that changes the look and feel. A laminated flyer can also have one detail picked out in raised spot UV, or in gold or silver foil.
Download the template for your size and run any background colour or photo right out to the bleed line, so no white edge shows after trimming. If you're printing both sides, send the front as page one and the back as page two of one PDF.
