A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

A presentation folder keeps loose papers together in one branded cover: proposals, price lists, welcome packs and information for new clients. They're oversized, so A4 or A5 sheets fit inside without catching on the edges.
Glued folders are held together with glue. Interlocking folders hold their shape with slotted tabs instead of glue. Each style has a capacity, which is how thick a stack of paper it holds: 0mm for a few sheets, or 5mm, 7mm or 10mm for a fuller pack. Some A4 interlocking folders have rounded tabs.
Every folder is on 350gsm silk board and laminated, outside only or inside and out, in matt, gloss or soft touch. You can add raised spot UV, gold foil or silver foil to one side.
Design the outside of the folder, and the inside if you're printing it. During your free artwork check we fit your design to the folder's cutting guide and tell you if anything falls on a fold, pocket or tab.
Spot UV and foil are set up by hand during your free artwork check: say which part to pick out, such as your logo, in Your reference when you order, and we'll confirm it with you before printing.
