Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.
The rest are on our questions and answers page.
A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

A PVC banner is the hard-wearing printed sign you see on railings, walls, shop fronts, school gates and sports grounds. Choose a standard 2m × 1m, 3m × 1m or 4m × 1m, or enter your own size.
440gsm PVC is solid and the most popular choice. 370gsm mesh PVC is perforated, so wind passes through and there's less strain on the fixings; it suits banners on fences, scaffolding or high, exposed walls. The inks are UV-resistant to slow fading.
Pick how it's finished. Eyelets every 50cm all round suit most jobs. You can also have eyelets in the corners only, along the long edges only, or a plain hem with no eyelets.
Use the template for your size. Keep words and logos inside the safe area so the hem and eyelets, which sit 25mm in from the edge, don't cut into them. If your banner is more than 5080mm in either direction, set the file up at 1:10 scale with the bleed scaled the same way.
Banners are read from a distance, often from a moving car. A short headline, a phone number or web address and your logo will do more than a block of text.
