Letterheads are A4 and compliment slips are DL, a third of A4, so a slip goes into an envelope alongside a folded A4 letter. Both are uncoated, so they take a signature or a stamp easily, and both come in 90gsm, 120gsm or 170gsm. At 170gsm they feel close to thin card, which suits a slip going into a parcel. Letterheads can go back through your inkjet or laser printer. Set both up from one file so the logo and colours match.
Correspondence cards are A6 on 350gsm board, for a handwritten thank you that feels more personal than a slip. Pick uncoated for writing in ink, or silk if you'd like lamination, spot UV or foil. Plain envelopes are optional.
Notepads run from pocket-sized A7 up to A4, plus DL, and desk pads are A3 or A2 for planning on a desk. Both are glued along the top on a stiff greyboard back, with 25, 50 or 100 uncoated sheets.
NCR pads are for forms that need a copy, such as receipts, job sheets and delivery notes. Choose 2, 3 or 4 parts, a colour for each copy, glued pads or loose fan-apart sets, and numbering if you need to keep track. Every pad has 50 sets.
Presentation folders are 350gsm silk, always laminated, and made to take A4 or A5 papers. Glued folders use glue, interlocking ones use slotted tabs, and the capacity, from 0mm to 10mm, tells you how thick a pack fits inside. Bookmarks are 148 × 52mm on 350gsm or 450gsm silk, or 300gsm Invercote.
One thing to know before you design: uncoated paper can't take lamination, spot UV or foil, so if you want a special finish, choose a silk paper.
