A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.

The same idea as flat wrapping paper, but each sheet is folded down several times to A4 or A5. That makes it easy to slip into a gift box, a bag or a mailing envelope, or to keep in a stack by the till.
There are four papers. 115gsm and 150gsm silk are smooth with a soft sheen, and 150gsm is the heavier of the two. 90gsm and 120gsm uncoated have a plain, natural paper feel.
Folded paper is printed on one side only, and the minimum order is 250. For a design on both sides, or a smaller quantity, choose flat wrapping paper instead.
The template for your size shows the whole sheet opened out, with the folds marked. Your design covers the full sheet and will cross the folds, so an all-over repeating pattern works best.
If you want words or a logo, repeat them small across the pattern rather than using one large message, and keep text off the creases.
