A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

NCR pads make instant copies without carbon paper. Whatever you write on the top sheet comes through on the sheets underneath, so you and your customer each keep a copy. Trades use them for job sheets, delivery notes, receipts, order forms and quotes.
Choose 2, 3 or 4 parts, meaning how many sheets make up each set. You pick a colour for each copy beneath the top sheet: blue, pink, yellow or green. Every pad holds 50 sets, so a 2-part pad has 100 sheets and a 4-part pad has 200.
Glued pads hold the sets together along the top or left edge until you tear one off. Fan-apart sets separate into loose sets instead of a pad. Print in full colour, or mono for a plain black form. You can add a unique number to each set, which helps with invoices and receipts you need to keep track of.
Send one page design and we print the same layout on every part. If you want something on the back, such as terms and conditions, choose top copy only so it's printed on the back of the top sheet alone.
Leave enough room to write in every box, and remember people will press firmly with a ballpoint, so avoid tiny boxes. If you add numbering, leave a clear space for it, usually in a top corner, and tell us where you'd like it.
