A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.

Single flat cards for weddings, parties, christenings, launches and dinners. A6 and the 148mm square are compact; A5 gives room for a full day's timings, and DL is long and slim, which suits a menu or running order.
350gsm feels like a good postcard, and 450gsm is noticeably thicker and stiffer. Silk has a soft sheen; 350gsm uncoated has a natural, matt feel and is easy to write a guest's name on by hand.
Silk invitations can be laminated in matt, gloss or soft touch, on the front only or both sides. Once laminated, a name, date or monogram can be picked out in raised spot UV, or in gold or silver foil. Add standard 100gsm envelopes, heavier 120gsm luxury ones, or none.
Set up your design in the template for your size. If you're adding names by hand, leave a clear space for them, and choose uncoated board or front-only lamination so the back takes ink easily.
Spot UV and foil are set up by hand during your free artwork check: say which part to pick out, such as your logo, in Your reference when you order, and we'll confirm it with you before printing. Very fine lines and thin script are best kept out of the foil layer.
