1.Who looks after your details

Able Print Limited, trading as PrintMinor, is responsible for your personal data. Our address is Unit 3, Gwel Avon Business Park, Gilston Road, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 6TW. For anything about your data, email hello@printminor.com or call 01752 845258.

2.What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, what you ordered and any reference you add.

Your artwork: the files you upload, the print files and proofs we make from them, and any brief, logo or photos you send for our design service.

When you sign in: your email address, and a record of the sign-in links we send. If you tick “Save my details”, we keep your name, phone number and address to fill in your next order.

Payment: you pay on Stripe's secure page. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them. We receive a record that you've paid and the amount.

Emails: a record of the emails we send you about your order. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Visits: anonymous counts of which pages are viewed and which website sent the visitor (for example a search engine), using Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you to other websites.

3.Why we use it

To take, print and deliver your order and keep you updated about it, because that's needed for our contract with you.

To keep accounting and tax records, because the law requires it.

To remind you about a basket you didn't finish, or when it might be time to reorder something you bought from us, because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You can say no with the box at checkout, every reminder has a link to stop them, and you can ask us at any time.

To keep the site secure and prevent fraud, also as a legitimate interest.

To see which pages people find useful and how they find us, so we can improve the site, also as a legitimate interest.

4.Who we share it with

Our print partner, a UK trade printer, who prints your order and delivers it under the PrintMinor name. They receive your artwork, your delivery name and address and, for the courier, your phone number.

The companies that run parts of the site for us: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (our database) and Resend (email). They only use your data to provide their service to us.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

5.Data stored outside the UK

Some of these providers store data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or the UK's standard contract clauses.

6.How long we keep it

Order and payment records: six years after the order, as tax law requires.

Artwork files and proofs: twelve months after the last order that used them, so you can reorder without sending them again. Then we delete them.

Saved details: until you ask us to remove them. A basket you never checked out, or a checkout you started but didn't pay for, with the details you entered: deleted after 60 days.

7.Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to limit it, and ask for a copy in a form you can take elsewhere. Email hello@printminor.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8.Cookies

We only use the cookies the site needs to work, such as remembering your basket. Our cookie policy lists them.
