Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.
The rest are on our questions and answers page.
A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

A wall calendar hangs from a silver wire coil with a notch for a hook, and you turn a page each month. It's the classic choice for photo calendars, local businesses and clubs.
Pick the size by where it will hang. A3 is a big family or office calendar, A4 suits most kitchens and desks, and A5 is a small one. The 210mm square suits square photos, and one-third A3 is a tall, slim calendar for a narrow space. Each can be portrait or landscape, always bound at the top.
For the paper, 250gsm feels like card and 150gsm or 170gsm is lighter. Silk gives photos a smooth finish, and uncoated is easier to write on. Choose 13 single-sided pages for a cover and a month per page, add a printed back to the last page, or choose 7 pages printed on both sides.
Send one PDF with the cover first, then each month in order, one page per printed side. Use the template for your size and orientation, and keep text well clear of the top edge, where the coil and hanging notch sit.
For the double-sided options, the back of each page is seen when it's turned, so check which way up each side needs to be. We'll go through the page order with you before printing.
