Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.
The rest are on our questions and answers page.
A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

These posters are printed on PVC, a plastic paper that doesn't mind rain. They're made for outdoor events, building sites, sports grounds, gates and fences, and anywhere a paper poster would go soggy.
Choose the thickness by how much handling it will get. 220 micron, about a fifth of a millimetre, is light and flexible. 400 micron is nearly twice as thick and much stiffer. Both have a matt white surface.
Sizes run from A3 to A0, plus 30 × 20, 40 × 30 and 60 × 40 inches, or a custom size. You can order a single poster.
Outdoor posters are usually read at a distance and in passing, so keep the message short and the type large. Set up your file in the template for your size, using full-size original images, as small web pictures blur when they're enlarged.
If you'll fix the poster with ties or pins through the corners, keep text and logos well clear of them.
