A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

These are notebooks with your own cover design, useful as staff or event packs, client gifts, or to sell. Each one has 50 sheets of 90gsm uncoated paper inside, giving 100 pages to write on, either lined or plain.
Choose A4 for a desk notebook or A5 for one that fits in a bag. The cover is a stiff 350gsm silk board, laminated on both sides in matt or gloss to protect it from wear.
A silver wire coil runs along the spine, so the notebook opens flat and folds right back on itself, which makes it easy to write in on your knee.
You only need to design the cover. Use the template for your size and keep anything important clear of the binding edge, where the holes are punched 9mm in from the edge.
