A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.

Backlit posters go in a lightbox, an illuminated menu board or a light-up frame, where the light shines through from behind. They're used in shop windows, takeaways, cinemas, receptions and exhibitions.
They're printed on a 205 micron film, about a fifth of a millimetre thick, with a matt surface that keeps glare down. The film spreads the light evenly across the poster, and it's water-resistant.
Check the poster size your lightbox or frame is made for and order that size. Standard sizes run from A3 to A0, plus 30 × 20, 40 × 30 and 60 × 40 inches, or you can enter a custom size.
With light behind them, colours look brighter and very pale tints can wash out, so give any text strong contrast against its background.
Most lightbox frames cover a strip around the edge of the poster. Keep text and logos comfortably inside the safe zone in the template for your size, not right on its line.
