A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.

If you already own a panel-style pop-up stand, you can replace the printed graphics without buying a new frame. That's useful after a rebrand, for a new product launch or when the old panels are tired.
Pick the size that matches your frame. All three walls are 2230mm tall: 2 × 3 is about 2.7m wide, 3 × 3 about 3.4m and 4 × 3 about 4m. There's also a graphic for a podium counter.
The panels are 500 micron PVC with a textured face, so they don't need laminating. The back is grey to block light, and the material is made to lie flat rather than curl.
Use the template for your frame size, which shows the full width of the graphic. Check its measurements against your own stand before you design, as frames from different makers vary.
Keep words and logos inside the safe area, and remember the wall is seen from a distance: a large logo and a short line of text work better than paragraphs.
