Free delivery, and when it arrives

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in every price, whatever you order and however much. Here's how the dates work and where we can send it.

How the delivery date is worked out

Each product has one or more speeds, such as “1 working day” or “3 to 4 working days”. That's how long printing takes, counted in working days (Monday to Friday) from when your artwork is approved. Delivery follows on the next working day.

You don't have to work it out. Every speed on the product page shows the date your order should arrive, with weekends and bank holidays allowed for. On the day it matters, the product page and your basket also show how long you have left to approve your artwork for that date. Approve it later and the date moves on by a working day.

The date is our printer's estimate for when it will arrive if your artwork is ready in time. It isn't guaranteed.

Need it quickly?

Pick the quickest speed on the product page. Many products can be printed and delivered the next working day if you approve your artwork before the cut-off. If you're up against an event or an opening, ring us on 01752 845258 and we'll tell you what's possible.

Who delivers it

Most orders come by DPD. Long items over 1.2 metres, such as banners and large boards, come by APC. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm, and you'll get a tracking number by email when your order is on its way. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Sending it somewhere else

You can send an order straight to your customer, your venue or another branch: put their name and address in the delivery details at checkout. Each order goes to one address, so for several places, place an order for each or call us. You can change the address until the order has been dispatched.

In Cornwall, Plymouth or Devon?

Your print comes to your door the same way as everyone else's, free. Or collect it from our counter in Saltash, just over the Tamar Bridge from Plymouth, with parking at the unit: ring us when you order and we'll arrange it. See how to find us.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem. If it's damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved because of a fault in printing, cutting or finishing, we'll reprint it free or refund you, whichever you prefer. The full wording is in our reprint promise.
