A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.

Café barriers mark out tables on a pavement, terrace or beer garden and put your name in front of people walking past. Each one is a printed panel on a metal frame, in 1m, 1.5m or 2m widths.
The standard frame is powder-coated black; the premium frame is stainless steel. You can order the printed graphic on its own to refresh a barrier you already have, a full kit, or an extension kit in the same size and finish.
There are three materials. 440gsm PVC is the heaviest and the one to choose for barriers left out all season. 230gsm polyester mesh is full of small holes, so wind passes through it. 110gsm flag fabric is the lightest and easiest to carry, and it suits short events.
Use the template for your size and finish. The safe area is much deeper at the top and bottom than at the sides, so keep your name, logo and any text in the middle band and let only background run towards the top and bottom edges.
Everything is printed on one side, so design it the way people on the street will see it.
