Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.
The rest are on our questions and answers page.
A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

Heras covers wrap the temporary metal fencing round building sites, events and festivals, hiding the site behind your name, a hoarding image or safety messages.
There are three sizes: a full fence panel (3375 × 1780mm), a vehicle gate and a narrower pedestrian gate. Corners can be square, angled at the top or gate cut, and there are hem and eyelet options for a handle on the left or the right.
Outdoors, choose a mesh so the wind can pass through: 370gsm mesh PVC is the toughest, 230gsm polyester mesh sits in the middle and 110gsm airmesh is the lightest. 440gsm banner PVC is solid, with no airflow, so it's for indoor use only.
Use the template for your panel or gate. Keep words and logos inside the safe area so the eyelets, which sit 25mm in from the edge, don't punch through them.
A fence line is usually seen from the pavement or a passing car, so a large logo, a short message and a web address or phone number work best.
