Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.

A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

Feather and teardrop flags stand outside shops, garden centres, car dealers, sports grounds and events, and move in the wind to catch attention from the road. A feather flag is tall and narrow with a curved top; a teardrop is rounder and wider at the top.
Feathers come in four heights, from about 1.9m to 4.9m, and teardrops in three, from about 1.5m to 3.8m. Pick the flag and graphic together, a graphic on its own to refresh a pole you already have, or the kit without a print.
For grass, a ground spike is the simplest base. On hard ground, choose one of the fillable bases (20 litre or 30 litre tyre) or the two-pronged tyre base. Choose double-sided if the flag will be read from both directions.
Use the template for your shape and size, which shows the outline of the flag. Keep words inside the safe area, away from the pole edge and the curved top, and run the background out to the bleed.
A single-sided flag lets most of the print show through, so from the back it reads in reverse. If wording matters from both sides, choose double-sided: two prints with a liner between them stop either side showing through.
