A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.

Decals are tough plastic stickers on an easy-peel backing, for products, packaging, giveaways, shop doors and branding. Choose a circle or oval, a square, a rectangle or your own outline, in a set size from 60mm square up to 150 × 100mm, or enter your own.
There are two materials, both polypropylene. Gloss white is splash-proof with a strong adhesive that's safe on skin, so it suits food and drink, toiletries, cleaning products and anything kept in a fridge or bathroom. Clear lets the surface show through, so a logo looks printed straight onto a jar or bottle.
Every decal is laminated on the front. Gloss is shiny, soft touch has a smooth velvety feel, and grit touch has a fine texture you can feel under your finger.
For your own shape, there's no need to draw a cutting line: the outline is read from your artwork when it's proofed. Give your design a clear edge, and carry the background 3mm past it for bleed.
On clear decals, colours print without white behind them, so pale colours look faint and see-through. White ink can be added to make parts of the design solid; it needs setting up separately in your file, and we'll go through it with you.
