A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

A tent card folds over at the top so it stands like a small tent, with a face on each side. They're used for table numbers, place names, reserved signs, menus and desk name cards. Choose A6 for place settings and small tables, or A5 where it needs to be read from further away.
Cards are printed on one side of 350gsm silk, which becomes the outside once folded. You can laminate the front in matt or gloss, and on a laminated card add gold or silver foil or raised spot UV.
The template for your size shows the whole flat sheet. Once folded, the two large faces either side of the top fold are the ones people see, so one of them goes upside down on the flat sheet for both to read the right way when it's standing.
Keep text and logos off the creases and away from the taped base. Spot UV and foil are set up by hand during your free artwork check: say which part to pick out, such as your logo, in Your reference when you order, and we'll confirm it with you before printing.
