A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

Window clings put your opening hours, offers, logo or a seasonal display onto shop doors, windows and glass partitions. They're made to the size you enter, as a straight-edged rectangle or cut to a custom shape, and you can order just one.
There are two clear materials. Cling vinyl holds to glass without glue, so it can be peeled off and repositioned. The other is a self-adhesive film. Choose which way the graphic faces: to be read by passers-by outside, or by people inside the room.
To fit one, clean the glass well and mist it with water. Peel the backing away gradually as you position the film, then smooth it from the middle outwards with a squeegee to push out any bubbles. To move or remove it, peel it back slowly.
The film is clear, so anything left unprinted will be see-through, and pale colours will look faint against the glass. White ink can be added behind areas you want solid; it needs setting up separately in your file, and we'll go through it with you.
Pick the viewing direction to match where people will stand to read it, and keep text inside the safe zone in the template so it isn't lost near a window frame.
