Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.

A roller banner pulls up out of its base like a blind and stands on its own, so it's ready in a minute or two and packs away into a carry case. It's the usual choice for shows, open days, school events, reception areas and shop floors.
Every size is 2m tall. 800mm wide is the common pull-up; 850mm and 1000mm give more room; 1200mm and 1500mm make a backdrop. The standard cassette is light, at around 3kg, with swing-out feet. On some widths you can pick the heavier premium cassette instead.
The banner is 330gsm PVC with a matt surface and a grey backing that stops light coming through.
Set up your artwork upright at the finished size, using the template for your width. You don't need to add anything at the bottom for the cassette: that extra is added for you.
Keep your name and main message in the top half. The lower part is at shin height and often hidden behind a table or a crowd.
