A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

Correspondence cards are flat A6 cards for writing a short note by hand: a thank you to a customer, a reply to an invitation or a welcome in a parcel. They're more personal than a compliment slip and sturdier than a letter.
Choose 350gsm uncoated if you'll write on them with an ink pen, as the natural surface takes ink well. Choose 350gsm silk for a smoother card with a slight sheen, which can be laminated in matt, gloss or soft touch on one or both sides.
On laminated cards you can add raised spot UV to one or both sides, or gold or silver foil to one side. You can order the cards on their own, or with plain envelopes in a standard 100gsm or a heavier 120gsm.
Set up each side as its own page using the template for your size. If the back is for writing, keep it light and uncluttered so a pen shows clearly against it.
Spot UV and foil are set up by hand during your free artwork check: say which part to pick out, such as your logo, in Your reference when you order, and we'll confirm it with you before printing.
