How we handle reviews

1.Where our reviews come from

All the reviews on this site come from our Google Business Profile, listed as Able Print / PrintMinor. Anyone with a Google account can leave one, and Google, not us, decides whether a review stays up.

2.How they're shown here

The star rating and the number of reviews come straight from Google and include every review, good or bad. Underneath, we show the written reviews Google picks as most relevant, word for word and unedited, whatever their star rating. We don't choose which ones appear or hide any. Reviews that are just stars, with no words, count towards the rating but have nothing to show as a quote.

The section updates itself from Google once a day. You can read every review on Google at any time.

3.How we ask for them

We ask every customer the same way, whether we think they're happy or not: a link to Google in the email that tells you your order is on its way. We don't offer discounts, gifts, prize draws or anything else in return for a review, we don't ask for particular words, and we never write reviews ourselves or ask staff, friends or family to.

4.If you think a review isn't genuine

Tell us on 01752 845258 or hello@printminor.com, or report it to Google using the flag next to the review on our profile. We'll look into anything you tell us and ask Google to remove reviews that break its rules.
