Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.
The rest are on our questions and answers page.
A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

Correx is fluted plastic board, like plastic cardboard. It's light and waterproof, which makes it the usual choice for temporary signs: estate agent boards, election and event signs, site notices, directions for a wedding or fun run, and for-sale signs.
Pick a paper size from A4 to A0, an inch size from 30 × 20 up to 60 × 40, or your own size. Print on one side, or on both if the sign will be seen coming and going. Corners can be square or rounded, and you can have holes drilled for cable ties or screws.
Use the template for your size. If you're having holes drilled, keep text and logos clear of the edges and corners where they'll go. With rounded corners, keep anything important away from the corners too.
For double-sided signs, supply one page for each side, both set up the same way up.
