Our reprint promise
Damaged, or not what you approved? We reprint it or refund you.

A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.
Nothing. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is included in the price, whatever you order. Couriers deliver on working days, usually between 8am and 7pm.
Yes, until it goes to print. While your order shows “Artwork check” in your account, call or email us and we'll change it, or cancel it and refund you in full so you can order again.
Once printing has started we can't change it.

This is a folded leaflet with a tear-off part built in. It suits information that ends in an action: a booking form, a money-off voucher, a membership slip or a reply card.
The perforation option sets the layout. A single-fold perforation runs along the centre fold of a four-page leaflet, so the two halves come apart. On a six-page leaflet folded in thirds, the tear-off line sits on the right-hand panel, with either a Z-fold, which zigzags, or a C-fold, which tucks the end panels in.
250gsm, which feels like thin card, or 350gsm, closer to a postcard, suits a voucher or card that people keep. Uncoated paper is best if the tear-off part gets filled in by hand. Papers over 170gsm are creased before folding.
The template for your size shows the sheet opened out flat, with the folds and the perforation marked. Check which panel becomes the front cover once folded, and put the tear-off content on the panel marked as perforated.
Keep text at least 3mm from every fold and from the perforation. Put anything people need to keep, like your phone number or address, on the part that stays behind, and repeat it on the tear-off slip if that comes back to you.
