A PDF is best. We also take JPG and PNG images, photos straight from your phone (including iPhone photos) and Word documents (.docx). If you design in Canva, download it as “PDF Print”.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background beyond the edge of your design, so there's no white line if the cut lands slightly out. The safe area is 3mm inside the edge: keep text and logos within it so nothing gets trimmed.
A few products, such as flags and hemmed banners, need more. The template for each size shows exactly where everything goes. If your file has no bleed, we'll spot it in our check and get in touch.

A folded wall planner is a full year planner that folds down small. Opened out, it goes on a wall to plan holidays, rotas, bookings or term dates. Folded, it fits in an envelope, a mailing or a pack handed out at an event.
Choose A4 or A5 for the folded size. It's printed on one side of 150gsm or 170gsm silk paper. Silk has a smooth surface with a slight sheen, and the 170gsm is a little sturdier.
Download the template for your size: it shows the sheet opened out with the folds marked. Design for the opened-out sheet, as that's how it will be used.
Keep dates, small text and boxes for writing off the fold lines, where they'd be creased. If the panel that shows when folded should look like a cover, place it carefully using the template.
